Our shirts are printed on demand for each individual customer by Printful® Inc.
Printful's estimated delivery time is a prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. It's the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think: estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.
Their fulfillment time average is 2–7 business days. When they calculate the estimated fulfillment time, they take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

Returns
As we work with a print on-demand company to print and ship our products, all of our products are printed individually for each order. For that reason we are not able to offer refunds and/or exchanges unless there is a defect or problem with the product.
